.The {storage-product} Dashboard displays degraded objects even if it is less than 0.05% Previously, if the degraded objects were less than 0.05%, the {storage-product} Dashboard would not display the degraded objects under the “Objects” block. With this fix, even if the degraded objects are less than 0.05%, objects show up to 2 decimal places and the data is displayed under “Objects” as expected.

Description of problem:

Ceph dashboard do not show degraded objects if they are less than 0.5% under "Dashboard->Capacity->Objects block", though it shows health warning under "Dashboard->Cluster Status"

How reproducible:

Every time


Steps to Reproduce:
===================
1. Install RHCS 4.2 latest
2. Upload some data into the cluster
3. Ensure to have less than 0.5 % degraded objects in the cluster to view the issue.


Actual results:
===============
Ceph dashboard do not show degraded objects in "Dashboard->Capacity->Objects block"


Expected results:

Ceph dashboard should show degraded objects in "Dashboard->Capacity->Objects block"

Is this an expected behavior, if yes can we do more improvements to get more precised graphs for same.
