Description of problem:
Please build python-pamela for EPEL 8.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
python-pamela-0.3.0-17.fc35

Actual results:
No python-pamela in EPEL 8.

Expected results:
python-pamela-0.3.0-17.el8 or better ;-)

Additional info:
Please let me know if you are not interested in maintaining the package on EPEL 8 branch.
