virt-rhel9.0.0 machine type has been removed.

# /usr/libexec/qemu-kvm -M help
Supported machines are:
virt                 RHEL 8.5.0 ARM Virtual Machine (alias of virt-rhel8.5.0)
virt-rhel8.5.0       RHEL 8.5.0 ARM Virtual Machine (default)
none                 empty machine
