when 2 pcmanfm opens could not switch to it

Description of problem:
when 2 instances of same app e.g. pcmanfm are opened. could not switch to the app.
according to lxqt github it is distro packaging issue.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
qt 4.8.7
lxqt 0.16


How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open pcmanfm 
2. open another pcmanfm
3. try switch to pcmanfm 

Actual results:
when mouse click the bottom task bar, 2 instance selection pop up. when move the mouse the 2 instance selection disappear

Sorry, as I never try to use mouse click when switching apps, I did not notice this until last week. I'll fix this within the week.
