Description of problem: Function fallocate | While '-v' is part of a command, the output is identical as the one without '-v'.

How reproducible:

'fallocate -vl <length> <filename>'
'fallocate -vpl <length> <filename>'

Good point. 

Now it implements verbose mode for --dig-holes only. I've improved it in upstream code.
