Fedora Workstation WG reviewed the parental controls implementation that we landed as a F35 Beta FE (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1997261) and would like to back out one part of it: the gnome-initial-setup integration.

https://openqa.stg.fedoraproject.org/tests/1328411/asset/iso/01328411-Fedora-Workstation-Live-x86_64-FEDORA-2021-fc156dedfd.iso is an ISO which should include this build, for testing.
