Description of problem:
Please build mod_authnz_external for EPEL 8.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
mod_authnz_external-3.3.3-3.fc35

Actual results:
No mod_authnz_external in EPEL 8.

Expected results:
mod_authnz_external-3.3.3-3.el8 or better ;-)

Additional info:
Please let me know if you are not interested in maintaining the package on EPEL 8 branch.
