Description of problem:
The edge-installer image type isn't buildable on RHEL 9 because some of the packages that it depends on were removed from RHEL 9.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
osbuild-composer-33.1-1.el9_b


Steps to Reproduce:
Build edge-installer image with an arbitrary blueprint.

Actual results:
The image cannot be built because of a failed depsolve.

From our current understanding, the following packages need to be removed from the definition:
- dump
- gfs2-utils
- iwl3945-firmware
- iwl4965-firmware
- iwl6000-firmware
- libertas-sd8686-firmware
- libertas-sd8787-firmware
- libertas-usb8388-firmware
- libertas-usb8388-olpc-firmware
- libreport-rhel-anaconda-bugzilla
- metacity
- system-storage-manager

A draft fix already exists upstream, setting this to POST.

Tested upstream, see https://github.com/osbuild/osbuild-composer/pull/1791. I'm considering this as pre-verified.
