Description of problem:
rpmdevtools 9.5 has various important bugfixes relative to 9.3.
For example in 9.3 "spectool -S" also lists patches and
"spectool -P" lists sources in addition to patches.

rpmdevtools-9.3-7.el9

Additional info:
rpmdevtools-9.5 has been available in all current Fedora releases since July.
