Description of problem:
Please build ytnef for EPEL 8.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ytnef-1.9.3-6.fc35

Actual results:
No ytnef in EPEL 8.

Expected results:
ytnef-1.9.3-6.el8 or better ;-)

Additional info:
Please let me know if you are not interested in maintaining the package on EPEL 8 branch.
