Description of problem:
When we use a local and a remote cluster that are both behind a proxy, the UI cannot create migration plans and it is stuck forever in the "Namespaces" screen.

MTC 1.6.0
SOURCE CLUSTER: AWS OCP 4.6 PROXY
TARGET CLUSTER: AWS OCP 4.9 PROXY

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to create a migration plan


Actual results:
The UI is stuck forever in the "Namespaces" screen.

Expected results:
We should be able to create the migration plan without problems.
