Testing failed on 4.9.0-0.nightly-2021-09-30-022250 today, PR may not merged yet.

Hey Weibin, this BZ is targeting 4.10, so you need to get a 4.10 nightly:

Tested and verified in 4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-10-01-141332. Muticast traffic cross three nodes.
