Description of problem:
There is the following "notice" message in the systemd log when the radiusd starts/stops.

systemd[1]: /usr/lib/systemd/system/radiusd.service:7: PIDFile= references a path below legacy directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/radiusd/radiusd.pid → /run/radiusd/radiusd.pid; please update the unit file accordingly.

freeradius-3.0.21-20.el9.x86_64


Steps to Reproduce:
1. install freeradius, generate certs, systemctl start radiusd

Actual results:
systemd[1]: /usr/lib/systemd/system/radiusd.service:7: PIDFile= references a path below legacy directory /var/run/, updating /var/run/radiusd/radiusd.pid → /run/radiusd/radiusd.pid; please update the unit file accordingly.

Expected results:
No message above in systemd log.
