Description of problem:
According to "Keyboard Shortcuts" help page ctrl+q should quit evince application. This does not happen.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
evince-40.4-2.el9.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open evince application
2. press ctrl+q
3.

Actual results:
nothing happens

Expected results:
evince should quit

Hi,

I've created a merge request which removes the shortcut from the page. I haven't found it working in current or past releases.

There is and was a great dispute upstream about adding a bit controversial ctrl+q shortcut to evince, so as ctrl+q shortcut is removed from "Keyboard shortcuts" frame, I deem this issue to be solved by this as well.
