Added translations from part II of Sprint 207.

cluster version:

Steps to verify:
  Change the languages to Japanese, Chinese and Korean in user settings
and verify that the KubeVirt translations are in the selected language
 Now the translations are present in Japanese, Korean and Chinese so this is verified
