The tmpfiles.d configuration file is created in /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/sap.conf instead of   /etc/tmpfiles.d/sap.conf


ls -la /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/sap.conf
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 48 Mar  2 20:10 /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/sap.conf
[ec2-user@ip-10-0-1-17 ~]$ cat /usr/lib/tmpfiles.d/sap.conf
x /tmp/.sap*
x /tmp/.hdb*lock
x /tmp/.trex*lock
