Description of problem:

The version of TeXmacs for el8 requires fig2ps as dependency, but it is not available on EPEL.

A version of fig2ps is distributed in TeXmacs source and it is compiled during rpm build, but at the end it is removed (probably by spec file).

1. dnf install texmacs

Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides fig2ps needed by TeXmacs-2.1-1.el8.x86_64
