Poposed patch based on CentOS Stream 8

Description of problem:
Scripts in kernel-srpm-macros do not support compressed kernel modules

How reproducible:
Try to package a compressed kernel module.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:
Scripts do not detect Requires/Provides for compressed kernel modules.

Expected results:
Scripts detect Requires/Provides for compressed kernel modules.

Additional info:
Proposed patch, by copying stuff from CentOS Stream 8 versions of scripts, has been attached.

This is also something that needs forward porting, Eugene's changes on rhel-8 to find-provides* scripts which are now in kernel-srpm-macros package instead of redhat-rpm-config, reassigning.
