Description of problem: Edit of knative service doesn't work as expected for git import flow

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Add -> Import from git
2. Deploy as serverless deployment
3. Go to topology , edit {deployment_name} i.e with form
4. Change git URL than save btn is disabled / if change scaling option then save gets enabled but new revision never come up

Actual results: 


Expected results:
- On change git URL then save btn should get enabled and new revision should come up
- If change scaling option and saved then a new revision never come up

update: I reverified on 4.9.0-0.nightly-2021-09-09-145014 and i don't see issue with git repo change and only with config change say for scaling
