Marking this as verified based on Juan's comments in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2004510#c2, and my regression results for 4.9.0 rc.4 from late last week (master branch for cnf-feature-deloy at that time, 4.9 branch was cut this week).
