The CSV that the noobaa-operator repo creates is no longer valid because it added a new `status` section to it and relatedImages are now part of that section instead of the correct section -- spec.

The relatedImages were previously in the correct section in the noobaa-operator CSV.

Actual results:
The relatedImages are in the new status section.

Expected results:
The relatedImages are in the old spec section of the CSV.
