Description of problem:
CVP tests for ose-clusterresourceoverride-operator-metadata-container-v4.8.0.202110011559.p0.git.a79c117.assembly.stream-1 is failing for 4.8.14 OLM Operators metadata

This was the result of an error in CVP's reporting of warnings to Greenwave, which caused the warnings to be interpreted as errors.  The bug was fixed earlier today, and I re-triggered the pipeline.  The tests have since passed (with warnings) as expected:
