Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):

In the OpenShift Data Foundation -> Storage Systems panel, after clicking on the " ibm-flashsystem-storage-storagesystem" the next page is blank.

known w/a
refresh the browser to make it loaded, it may need to refresh several times
But if exist the browser and re-open, it needs to refresh the browser again.

Version of all relevant components (if applicable):
odf-console: quay.io/ocs-dev/odf-console:latest
ibm-console: docker.io/ibm/ibm-storage-odf-console:0.2.1

If this is a regression, please provide more details to justify this:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. install odf operator
2. create storagesystem on top of ibm-flashsystem
3. enable the ibm flashsystem console plugin
4. in odf console, click ibm-flashsystem-storage-storagesystem. It will show nothing.


Actual results:
blank page after click ibm-flashsystem-storage-storagesystem


Expected results:
ibm-console page should be loaded successfully

This may happen if ibm console pod deployment is not present or failed.
Ning can you confirm that is not the case. ^^

1. The ibm-console pod is running and log shows it works well
2. close the web browser, and re-open, it will have a high possibility to reproduce this issue.

The issue is visible any more, checked by the following steps: 

- installed the ODF 
- installed SS and ODF SS view was visible
- after pressing create SS button the flash storage system screen was visible too
- storage system screen was visible initially with zeros, and than with values after several seconds

oc get operator ibm-storage-odf-operator.openshift-storage -o yaml is showing
