Checked on ocp 4.9 cluster with payload 4.9.0-0.nightly-2021-10-13-035504, now on operator uninstall modal, there is no option to remove operands, the function is disabled. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
