Description of problem:

ShellCheck is available in EPEL 7, but not in EPEL 8.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Fedora 33+ has a newer version of ShellCheck than EPEL 7; it would be preferable to use to the version in Fedora 33 or newer if possible.
