cluster-version: 
  4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-11-04-001635

steps to verify:
  1. checked out the PR
  2. run the console test multiple times using Cypress 
      /crud/bulk-create-resources.spec.ts
  
    the test is not failing and it is waiting for more than 3 secs since now that the timeout is increased to 4 secs.
