Description of problem: shellinabox not in EPEL 8

How reproducible: Enable EPEL and try to install with yum/dnf, package not found.


Expected results: package found and installs


Additional info:
shellinabox was in the EPEL 7 repo, but is not in EPEL 8.
Can it be included in EPEL 8?
