Description of problem: When the user installs a helm chart from developer catalog the UI switches automatically to the topology view and selects the newly created chart. It also opens the sidebar and should automatically switch to the 'Release notes' tab. This works only if the title of the tab is 'Release notes', aka not in other languages. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.10 (should happen also earlier, just not tested) How reproducible: Always if the user language is not English Steps to Reproduce: 1. Change the UI language to a non-english language 2. Switch to developer perspective 3. Navigate to Add page > Developer Catalog > Helm Chart 4. Select a helm chart, for example 'Dotnet' 5. Press 'Install helm chart' in the sidebar 6. Press 'Install' to finally install the chart Actual results: Topology opens, the sidebar opens as well, but the Release notes tab is not selected. URL: /topology/ns/christoph?selectId={id}&selectTab=Release+notes&view=graph Expected results: Topology opens, the sidebar opens as well and the Release notes tab is selected also if the language is not English.
