There was a (maybe unannounced?) soname bump by ImageMagick-6.9.12.25-1.fc36 https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1845469.
Looks like Luya like to push that to stable branches too.
Any way, a rebuild will probably fix the issue.
