Cause: Certain commands being run by WMCO against Windows VMs were not parsed correctly by PowerShell.
Consequence: Windows VMs with PowerShell as the default SSH shell were not able to be joined to the cluster as a Node.
Fix: WMCO is now able to identify the default SSH shell of a VM and run commands accordingly.
Result: VMs with PowerShell as the default SSH shell are now able to be configured as Nodes.
