Description of problem:
yasm is used by a number of packages in Fedora (a notable example being p7zip). It'd be great if you would be willing to ship yasm in EPEL 9 so we can use it in EPEL.

I've done a test build against epel9-next with fedpkg on the rawhide package, and it works fine.

Additional info:
I originally requested this to be added to CRB for CentOS Stream/RHEL 9 in bug 2010322, but the maintainer there asked for it to be maintained in EPEL instead.

EPEL 9 is now available, could you please branch and build for it?
