Description of problem:

SELinux disables Finnish spell checking and hyphenation module Soikko. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Fedora core 5 & OpenOffice.org 2.0

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:


1. When SELinux is "Enforcing", install and set up Soikko

Actual results:

Soikko, Finnish spell checking and hyphenation module does not work.

Expected results:

Soikko should work.

Additional info:

Soikko installs and appears into OpenOffice menu stucture just fine but does not
work if SELinux is "Enforcing". By disabling or setting SELinux to "Permissive"
it is possible to make Soikko work perfectly.

If I unpack the plugin and do 
> execstack libsoikko.so 
it says ...
? libsoikko.so
So I suspect that's your problem, you might try
execstack -c libsoikko.so 
which would then allow
> execstack libsoikko.so to say...
- libsoikko.so
and see if that works, but it sounds like a problem in soikko, you should report
it to them about clearing the execstack bit

Clearing the execstack bit didn't help. Modifying SELinux policy by choosing
"Allow the use of shared libraries with Text Relocation" makes Soikko to work,
even if SELinux policy is "Enforcing".
