No Claim i18n

Steps to verify:
1. Log in and Navigate to Storage -> PesistentVolumes
2. append to URL &pseudolacalization=true&lng=en
3. Observe 'Claim' column value 'No Claim'
now it is translated and for the languages if the translated files are updated then 'No claim" will show in that respective language.

Log into OCP, and change language to ja_JP, ko_KR or zh_CN 2. Navigate to Storage -> PesistentVolumes 3. Observe 'Claim' column value 'No Claim' is in English.
