In MCG only cluster, add capacity is still visible as a kebab option. 
tested on the below version: 
 NooBaa Operator                mcg-operator.v4.9.0         
 OpenShift Container Storage    ocs-operator.v4.9.0  
 OpenShift Data Foundation      odf-operator.v4.9.0 

Openshift version :             4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-12-02-033910

The commits of bug fix are not in OCP 4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-12-02-033910 and need to restest it with latest version from 
https://amd64.ocp.releases.ci.openshift.org/#4.10.0-0.ci

The needinfo request[s] on this closed bug have been removed as they have been unresolved for 500 days
