Description of problem: In 'PersistentVolumeClaims' table value of PersistentVolumes column 'No Persistent Volume' in English. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-10-16-173656 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Log into OCP, and change language to ja_JP, ko_KR or zh_CN 2. Navigate to Storage -> PesistentVolumeClaims 3. Observe 'PersistentVolumes' column value 'No Persistent Volume' is in English.
