Description of problem:
Package 389-ds-base depends on perl-debugger and perl-sigtrap, which don't appear to be available.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.0.10-1

How reproducible:
Seems to happen every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have RHEL 8 server with EPEL8.
2. dnf config-manager --set-enabled epel-modular
3. dnf module enable 389-directory-server:next
4. dnf install 389-ds-base

Actual results:
Error:
 Problem: cannot install the best candidate for the job
  - nothing provides perl-debugger needed by 389-ds-base-2.0.10-1.module_el8+13165+e48f98fd.x86_64
  - nothing provides perl-sigtrap needed by 389-ds-base-2.0.10-1.module_el8+13165+e48f98fd.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)


Expected results:
Package installs.
