Description of problem:
When deleting only one instance, the instance page shows like several instances were deleted as well

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
core_puddle=RHOS-16.2-RHEL-8-20211013.n.1

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add several instances to Horizon
2. Try and delete only one instance


Actual results:
Several other instances disappear from the instances list along with the one deleted. Can be fixed when refreshing the page.

Expected results:
Only the deleted instance will disappear from the instances page.

Additional info:
**Looks like a regression. Worked well in 16.1 and 16.2.
