Opened PR https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/10657 which increases the tooltip width. There will always be cases of metric names that are too long to display well, but I believe this PR strikes a good balance. for prometheus_tsdb_checkpoint_creations_total, the result is much better. but for longer metrics name, example, prometheus_operator_kubernetes_client_rate_limiter_duration_seconds_count still the same issue if the maximum allowed width only can set to 400px, the fix is LGTM. fix is in 4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-12-18-034942, based on Comment 2 to 7, set to VERIFIED Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
