Description of problem:

When a Quota is deleted, the "Events" log on the ovirt engine shows an event saying that an unknown quota has been deleted.

"Quota <UNKNOWN> has been deleted by admin@internal-authz."

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Delete a Quota

Actual results:

"Quota <UNKNOWN> has been deleted by admin@internal-authz." is logged to the Events log.

Expected results:

<UNKNOWN> should be replaced with the actual value.

Steps:
Remove a quota, check Events log

Results:
The name of removed quota is shown in Events log:
"Quota testquota has been deleted by admin@internal-authz."

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.5.2 release, published on August 10th 2022.
Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.5.2 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
