Since Setuptools 58+ upstream removed support for 2to3 during
builds. This is breaking change and thus package is FTBFS.

It might be finally time to retire this package, since it's abandoned upstream.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 36 development cycle.
Changing version to 36.

Retired in rawhide and f36.
