The menu items aren't spaced correctly. It looks like there are `li` discs appearing in the left nav, breaking the layout. See screenshot.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the dynamic demo plugin according to https://github.com/openshift/console/tree/master/dynamic-demo-plugin
2. Refresh the console when the plugin is available
3. Switch to the Demo perspective

now the primary navigation menu is corrected and shown perfectly, see screenshot

verified on 4.10.0-0.nightly-2021-12-18-034942
