Description of problem:
DataVolume logs are not collected using the targeted must-gather version.
Please note that when running full must-gather the DataVolume logs are collected

oc adm must-gather command:
$ oc adm must-gather --image=quay.io/konveyor/forklift-must-gather:latest -- PLAN=mtv-api-tests-21-03-11-15-00-51-e79-plan /usr/bin/targeted
