glibc-rh741105.patch

We used to have a downstream-only patch for this, I think. Attaching it.

We removed it from glibc-2.32.9000-22.fc34, but it seems that the failure is sporadic, and the patch is still beneficial.

Upstream patch posted: https://sourceware.org/pipermail/libc-alpha/2021-November/132686.html

If the additional checking for invalid objects is rejected, I'll post a patch to remove the invalid elf/tst-debug1 test instead.

Upstream fix has been committed. We can bring this in with another sync with release/2.34/master upstream.
