kantive eventing page not found error

Description of problem:
Due to 404 Page Not found error on knative eventing page, scripts[https://search.ci.openshift.org/?search=KN-05-TC05&maxAge=336h&context=1&type=junit&name=pull-ci-openshift-console-master-e2e-gcp-console&excludeName=&maxMatches=5&maxBytes=20971520&groupBy=job] are failing on CI. So creating the bug to fix this issue or fix the scripts with an alternative method

Updating the script in such away that serving instance needs to be installed before eventing instance, at the same time includes code to reload the page if 404 page not found error occurs
