With rebase to QEMU 6.2.0 we have to update compatibility bits for qemu-kvm package so we keep old machine types stable.

Please add necessary changes to ensure all machine types are compatible with previous versions.

Update DTM and ITM due to the holidays.

If the DTM setting is not correct, please help to update it if possible.

Since we don't have any 8.x machine type in RHEL9, I think this BZ is useless and shall be closed. No need to make sure the 8.x machines types behave similarly as their equivalent in earlier qemu version.
