Description of problem:
The breadcrumb trail when navigating to a Hosts -> Content Host -> Repository Sets indicates "Products" rather than "Repository Sets".

How reproducible:
100% 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hosts -> Content Host -> Click on a Content Host -> Repository Sets 


Actual results:
The breadcrumb  trail shows "Content -> <hostname> -> Products

Expected results:
The breadcrumb  should show "Content -> <hostname> -> Repository Sets

I'd like to clarify a bit.

The issue is with consistency of the UI.  The tab name should match the breadcrumb.  What it gets called should be consistent.

There are also other gaps in the UI with localization throughout.
