The customer is currently on OCS 4.7.5 but would be happy to upgrade live with Engineering on the call if that is helpful. They have experienced this issue every time they have upgraded OCS since 4.7.2 -> 4.7.3. Please let me know if you would like me to set up a call. They are willing to do an upgrade on Friday afternoon if that works for you.
