Description of problem:
The openweather Gnome Shell extension is missing icons due to not finding the adwaita icons in newer versions of Fedora.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the openweather extension via dnf
2. Enable it
3. Set a location (optional)
4. Note all icons are the default "severe weather" (cloud with exclamation)

Actual results:
All icons default to severe weather icon

Expected results:
Proper icons for weather.  Note that switching to HighContrast icons with Gnome Tweaks does get icons to show, but it is broken for the default Adwaita.

Additional info:
There is a simple patch for it here that causes the extension to look for the "-symbolic" path.  There are a bunch of bugs for it upstream from Fedora users, so a simple patch in the Fedora packaging might be the best for now since it mostly seems to affect Fedora's icon implementation of adwaita.
