Description of problem:

When attempting to access the Ceph 4 Dashboard's RBD / Images section it returns as error stating "Error Could not load data. Please check the cluster health."

So at some point it appears the dashboard DID load the images -- but it took several hours and displayed this:

Warning
Displaying previously cached data for pools images, vms, volumes.

Also seeing constant Angular javascript errors.

Always at customer's environment

Steps to Reproduce:

Unable to show RBD information

RBD information shows properly

I had created 9000+ images across 4 pools and no issues seen in the dashboard. was able to see the details under RBD pool and image sections. Hence, moving to be verified state
