Description of problem:
initial hardware devices is not loading in wizard

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
master

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a template with gpu/host devices
2. create a VM from that template
3. click on customize virtual machine and go to advanced section
4. open hardware devices collapse and see no devices
